Woodbrick and I need you help! You know all that sustainable sewing I’m doing? Well it makes a lot of scrap! More than I’ll be able to piece together and eventually use! And honestly, I’m not great at fiddly piecing. So I’m looking for help to get out from under the bags of scraps, threads and crumbs.

Local sustainable sewing store The Green Thimble partners with Vancouver’s DeBrand to recycle unusable textiles. This costs $3 per pound of fabric to sort, ship etc.
